Meet Erin
Erin (she/her) joined Jory MHC in 2022 as our Clinical Supervisor, where she offers individual therapy, group therapy, supervision consultation, individual and group supervision of clinicians working toward licensure, community training and continuing education, and oversees our intern program. Erin is a queer clinician with over 15 years of experience providing therapy, supervision, and consultation in schools, clinics, the community, and in a private practice setting. She works from a strengths-based, client-centered approach fueled with warmth, humor, and kindness. Erin brings a systems theory perspective and integrates principles of empowerment, harm reduction, and social justice into her work.
Erin sees older teens, families, women, and the queer community on goals and issues relating to:
ADHD / attention struggles, Adjustment + Transitions, Anxiety, LGBTQ+ Identity & Experiences, Depression, PTSD + Trauma Healing, Mood Disorders, Self Harm, Grief + Loss, Relational Conflict + Attachment, and Self Esteem + Worth.
Erin’s therapeutic style includes Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and a Solution-Focused approach.
In Erin’s free time, she enjoys collecting passport stamps, playing songs on repeat, walking with podcasts, and spending time with family and friends, often near water with good food in the mix.
