Simone works with adults wanting to focus on the following topics in therapy:

Depression, Grief + Loss, Substance Abuse or Dependence, Anxiety, Substance Use and/or Mental Illness in Families, Intergenerational Trauma, Relational Conflict, Loneliness, PTSD + Trauma Healing, and Suicide Bereavement.

Simone grew up in Portland and loves to take advantage of all the many ways to be outside in the PNW. She likes to hang with her kids and most perfect pup, Ruby, in the park, go for coffee walks, listen to the band Goose, wear fun earrings, and have fun with her family and friends.

“Being a therapist is such a honor. I get to partner with another person in this unique way where I can hold so much room for them to be themselves; I get to offer them acceptance in their vulnerability and guide them in authentic compassion for their whole selves. It’s a really special process to be a trusted with.”
