We work directly with Oregon Health Plan through Care Oregon’s HealthShare of Oregon network. HealthShare of Oregon is the only insurance plan we are in-network with. If this is your insurer, it means we can bill HealthShare directly at no cost to you, not even a copay.

We can work with some insurance carriers as ‘out of network providers.’ We may be able to directly Out of Network bill if you have one of the following health insurances: Moda, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Aetna. Out of network billing is available once you have met your deductible.

Prior to meeting your deductible, you set your session fee at an hourly rate between $85 - $145. Once you meet your deductible, session rates are set $145, the insurance rate, and you pay your coinsurance rate and the insurance carrier covers the rest.

We can do a benefit check with your specific plan to see if Out of Network billing is an option for you and then let you know your specific cost.

This option is available if you are planning to pay privately and not utilize insurance for payment. We offer private pay clients a sliding scale of session rate between $85 - $145 - wherever you land in that range we are super happy to work with you. If you are paying privately, we also offer a no-cost consultation in an effort to ease financial stressors in finding the best therapist for you. For those using private pay, we can send you a monthly statement called a ‘superbill’ that you can submit to your insurance company to try to seek reimbursement for your session cost. We recommend that you check in directly with your insurance about their rates and processes for reimbursement.
