Grieving Together - Spring Session / 6 Sessions - with Valenca Valenzuela, CSWA - Starts in March

  • Every-Other-Week Schedule - Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 - meetings on March 19, April 2, April 16, April 30, May 14, and May 28.

  • Grieving Together, our grief and loss group for adults, is facilitated by Valenca Valenzuela, CSWA. Valenca creates a trauma-informed supportive space to connect with others who have experienced loss through death and learn how to live with grief together.

  • Group fees are offered on a sliding scale of $45 - $65 with a small number of scholarships available. We have space for a total of 8 participants in group who are able to commit to attending these 6 sessions.

Suicide Loss Group - Spring Session / 6 Sessions - with Simone Gotter Nagle, LCSW - starts in April

  • Every-Other-Week Schedule - Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm - April 17, May 1, May 15, May 29, June 12, and June 26.

    Suicide Loss Group, our supportive space for adults who have experienced the death fo a loved one by suicide, is facilitated by Simone Gotter Nagle. This group is focused on learning ways of coping and healing alongside people who understand and relate with what you are going through. This group will focus on understanding and expressing your loss through story telling prompts and safe, facilitated discussion.

  • Group fees are offered on a sliding scale of $45 - $65 with a small number of scholarships available. We have space for a total of 8 participants in group who are able to commit to attending these 6 sessions.

Beyond the Deficit: Skill Building for ADHD Teens - Spring Session - with David Hopper, MSW Graduate Student Intern

  • Weekly Teen Group - Mondays 6:00-7:30 - weekly meets April 29 through May 20 - 4 meetings

    Teen ADHD skills group is about creating a safe, supportive, and sometimes silly space where teens can be themselves while growing and connecting with others. Group members learn about and share struggles and strategies related to ADHD and focus on building skills, gaining insight, and making connections. Meaningful conversation with peers can be magical and this group will create opportunities to receive and provide advice, support, and care from one another through activities and discussion. Group facilitator, David Hopper (they/them), will guide members in building skills and growing insight into managing attention and focus, learning new ways of emotion regulation, and developing cognitive flexibility.

  • Group fees are $25/session and we can accept OHP CareOregon.

  • We have space for a total of 6 participants in group who are able to commit to attending 4 sessions of group work.
