Meet Natalie
Natalie (she/her) joined Jory MHC in 2024 with years of experience and offers individual therapy for people around the ages of 10 years - 40 years. Natalie works from a strengths-based, client-centered approach fueled with thoughtfulness and acceptance. Natalie brings a relational perspective into her work and integrates themes of empowerment, advocacy, and compassion into her work.
Natalie sees teens, adults, families, and the queer community on goals and issues relating to:
Relationship Issues, ADHD / attention struggles, Anxiety, LGBTQ+ Identity & Experiences, Depression, Disordered Eating, Sex + Sexuality, PTSD + Trauma Healing, Mood Disorders, Self Harm and Suicidal Thinking, Women’s Issues, and Self Esteem + Worth. She also loves working with Highly Sensitive People.
Natalie’s therapeutic style includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
In Natalie's free time, you can find her either cozying up at home with her nose in a book and her cat in her lap or out and about exploring the city, usually involving good friends and good food.
